1. Purpose RentRevo is operated by Roms Sys Concept SRL, registered under no. J2011002498405, tax identification code RO28125357, with its registered office at Bdul Mihai Bravu 47-49, Sectorul 2, Bucuresti, Romania. This policy explains how personal data is processed for account administration, billing, service operation, security and support. Contact: support@rentrevo.cloud or +4 0726 121 606. 2. Data processed RentRevo may process the Account Admin's and users' name, email address, telephone number, organization and billing identity, postal address, authentication and security information, service activity, support communications and transaction references. 3. Purposes and legal bases Data is used to create and administer accounts, perform the service and subscriptions, issue billing records, secure the platform, respond to requests and comply with legal obligations. The applicable bases include performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. 4. Recipients Data may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, payment, invoicing, email and support providers only as needed for these purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. 5. Retention and security Data is retained for the account relationship and for applicable contractual, fiscal, security and legal retention periods. Organization-entered data may be deleted when excess usage is cleaned up after Grace 2 and its communicated warning deadline; Grace 1 suspends excess seats without deleting organization data. Organization closure separately removes operational data, while legally required records are retained. The Account Admin can export organization data while access is available; we recommend keeping a copy periodically. RentRevo applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures. 6. Rights Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For data RentRevo processes as controller for its own purposes, such as account administration, billing, security and support, requests may be sent to support@rentrevo.cloud. Section 7 applies to data entered by an organization about tenants, owners and other persons. 7. Customer-entered data For personal data entered by an organization about owners, tenants or other persons, that organization is the data controller and is responsible for the lawful basis of processing, informing data subjects, data accuracy, its own retention periods, and assessing and responding to requests concerning those data. The individual should contact the organization with which they have the relevant relationship directly. RentRevo processes the information on the organization's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. If a request concerning those data nevertheless reaches RentRevo, we route it to the organization where we can reasonably identify it and provide the assistance required by law; we do not independently decide whether erasure is justified, or disclose or delete the organization's data solely on a third party's direct request without the controller's instructions or a legal obligation. 8. Updates This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are displayed on this page.
